Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges, Replacements And Refunds Policy

Shipping and Cancellation

We typically ship within 2-5 working days of order receipt. Unless free of cost shipping is specified or is made available as a promotion on our website, a shipping charge will be applicable on all orders depending on the shipping address and PIN code – this charge will be added to your order total during to your checkout process after you have entered your address in the required field/s. If the order has not been shipped yet, you can request cancellation by contacting us through our help and support page.

Once an item has been shipped and you have been notified of “shipped” status by email or any other means, we cannot accept a cancellation request as we incur forward and reverse shipping costs – which is significant compared to the cost of our product. 

Returns

All our products are fragrance products and “perishable” in nature as fragrance starts to dissipate as soon as the pack is opened thereby rendering a brand-new sealed product unsaleable. Hence, due to the nature of our products we have a strict “no-returns” policy unless under exceptional circumstances or in case of items that are “non-perishable” in nature.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with all tags and lables, and in its original packaging in good condition. You will also need to provide receipt or proof of purchase and may also be required to send us pictures and if necessary an unpacking video of the item you have received.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that arranging return facility is solely at our discretion and based on circumstances we may ask you to arrange for return shipping by yourself.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted products, sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges And Replacements

In case you have received a wrong item, the fastest way to ensure you get the item/s you originally wanted is to request a return of the item/s you have received as soon as you receive it, and once the return is accepted, and wrong the item is returned to us, we will send you the replacement within 2-5 days subject to availability of sufficient stock.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
