  • Can I order samples?

    No we don’t provide samples, but we have priced our products to be within reach of every potential customer. So you can order just one unit and try it out before deciding to purchase more. We are very happy to say that more than 70% of our customers who have purchased from us before (on other shopping platforms) have purchased again. We are sure you will too 🙂 . 

  • How soon do you ship?

    We take every effort to ship at the earliest and typically ship between 2-5 days on receiving your order depending on availability of stock. This does not include the time from handing over to the courier partner to the time it actually reaches you. As air fresheners are considered a hazardous item by many airlines, shipping will most likely be by surface mode. Hence it may take another 2-7 days from the date of dispatch for your order to actually reach you depending on your location. We will inform you once your order has been shipped and provide tracking details as well. 

  • I've ordered by mistake, can I cancel?

    If the order has not been shipped yet, you can request cancellation. Once the order has been shipped, we incur forward and reverse shipping costs – which is significant compared to the cost of our product. Hence if you want to cancel please do so before you receive an “order has shipped” message. We typically ship within 2-5 days of order receipt. For more details please refer to our cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds policy.

  • Do you accept returns?

    Unfortunately, given the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns once the item has been delivered and the pack has been opened or damaged in any way. If you think the product pack is as good as new and can still be returned, please contact us (with photographs of the ordered product/s) and we will consider accepting a return. However, return shipping and return fees may be deductible from your refund. For more details please refer to our cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds policy.

  • What happens if I don't receive my order even after waiting?

    In cases of non-receipt, loss in transit and other such cases where you may have not received the package even after many days and the tracking details on the courier’s website may not be showing an accurate status, we will take it up with the courier and then send a replacement or refund your amount based on a case to case basis.
